POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NEW JERSEY (February 11, 2009) – Eighteen sales associates from Diane Turton, Realtors earned the coveted New Jersey Association of Realtors’ (NJAR®) Circle of Excellence Sales Award for superb sales performance in 2008.
Gold Award recipient Lauren Gill, based in the firm’s Spring Lake office, reports that properly marketing and pricing her clients’ homes is the reason she generated over $15M in sales last year.

POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NEW JERSEY (January 13, 2009) – Diane Turton, Realtors has announced its company award winners that honor top sales associates across the agencies 17 sales offices located throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The honorees helped Diane Turton, Realtors achieve leading sales volume in-market for 2008 (Source: MOMLS January 1, 2008 – December 31, 2008).

DIANE TURTON, REALTORS COLLECTING HOLIDAY FOOD DONATIONS
POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NEW JERSEY (November 13, 2008) – Even small donations of food or money will help the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties assist hundreds of families in need this holiday season. And this year, the FoodBank is reporting a significant increase in the number of people who need help putting simple meals on the table each day.
To help gather food contributions, Diane Turton, Realtors has placed collection bins in each of its 17 sales offices. Neighbors can bring non-perishable food items to offices which are located from Rumson to Beach Haven and open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Also, the sales offices in Spring Lake and Lacey are accepting frozen turkeys that will be stored in an on-site freezer and then collected by the FoodBank.

DIANE TURTON, REALTORS BEGINS ITS ANNUAL TURTON GIVING TREE PROJECT
POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NEW JERSEY (October 29, 2008) – Diane Turton, Realtors will sponsor for the fourth year in a row the Turton Giving Tree project. Starting November 1 and continuing through December 10, neighbors in communities around Monmouth and Ocean counties can contribute unwrapped toys, gifts, new clothing, sports gear and stuffed animals for those in need locally and beyond. Last year the campaign brought in over 1,300 gifts.
This year, the residential real estate firm has partnered with three charities, the Salvation Army of Ocean County and Family and Children’s Services in Monmouth County. And, for the first time in campaign history, Diane Turton, Realtors will extend their annual Giving Tree project internationally into war-torn lands through Bridges of Peace.
